Bellinger Foster Steinmetz worked with the New Monterey Business Association to prepare a streetscape vision for this diverse commercial corridor. The design concepts build on the unique eclectic character of Lighthouse Avenue and encourage the development of the District as a destination point while recognizing traffic and neighborhood needs. The first phases of the vision have already been implemented.
