Bellinger Foster Steinmetz recently completed design development and construction documents for this 26-acre community park in Soquel. Design elements for the $3.4 million project included soccer and softball fields, restroom concession and maintenance facilities, parking areas, trails, picnic, and play areas. An art element was also incorporated into the park. Site design character was intended to fit with the history and character of Soquel.

Unique site development issues addressed in the design were: considerations of synthetic turf products for soccer field to increase the use, water conservation and wetland protection.
