Working closely with the City’s Parks and Recreation Commission, Bellinger Foster Steinmetz prepared a Master Plan to guide improvements to the City’s recreation facilities and programs. With funding potential for several new recreation facilities (including an aquatics center, community recreation center, sports park, and several new parks), and a recently reinstated recreation program, the City is addressing major decisions that will affect the very identity of the City and the services available to residents for years to come. The project includes facilitation of community meetings and coordination with the City’s General Plan CEQA consultant.
