Adit Pal joined us in 2005 after teaching Landscape Architecture at Cornell University as the Lawrence Halprin Fellow in 2004-2005. Prior to that, Adit managed his own landscape architectural practice in India.

Simon Phillips joined Bellinger Foster Steinmetz in 1997, shortly after moving the United States from Australia. He lives in Santa Cruz with this wife and two children, and serves many of our residential, resort and institutional clients around the Monterey Bay.

Elke Lucking joined the firm in 2000, having grown up in Germany and after receiving her Landscape Architecture degree from Cal Poly Pomona. She manages many of our projects for the cities of Gilroy, Morgan Hill, San Jose and Santa Clara County from our Gilroy office.
