The site design of this Outpatient Campus plays off the architecture while harmonizing with the central Californian landscape. The entry plazas expand out as extensions of building lobbies. This rolling, 23 acre site incorporates surface drainage as both an aesthetic and environmental design feature. Parking areas slope to integrated swales and grade around stands of Coast Live Oak. Over 65 trees were boxed and relocated on-site to further integrate the design with the native landscape.
