Bellinger Foster Steinmetz has prepared conceptual design studies of landscape renovation for the Hotel. The intent is to create consistency in the plantings and planter pots, simplifying landscape maintenance, and creating new plant composition. Additional suggestions for site modifications to the entry and Plaza spaces to improve visibility have also been prepared, as well as design improvements to the spa deck.

Subsequent design includes a comprehensive shopping center landscape master plan. The design process has included phasing the renovation, estimates of installation, assisting with final design and alternative themes for renovation of individual areas within the center.
