Casa Munras Hotel was built around an historic homestead and garden dating back to 1824. The 11 buildings were renovated in 2006, bringing a facelift to the 3 star hotel, while preserving and celebrating the historic aspects of the property. Bellinger Foster Steinmetz took part in the lobby renovations, which included a lush outdoor patio used throughout the day by patrons of the new restaurant. There was close collaboration with a local artist to integrate beautiful organic metal panels into the project. Bellinger Foster Steinmetz will continue to work with the Casa Munras Hotel to upgrade the Pool and Upper Garden as well as create a design for a Spa Garden proposed for the property.
