Bellinger Foster Steinmetz prepared site designs and construction documents for the $12-15 million renovation of the Sunset Center in Carmel. Working closely with the architects, a site plan was developed that maintains Carmel's urban forest character, while being sensitive to parking needs, project budget, and the building's expansion.
