Having had difficult negotiations with pricing for their track and field project, the school retained BFS to prepare the plans and specifications for the construction documents to fine tune budgeting by indicating the actual effort required. BFS also assisted in the negotiations to maintain cost control for the total project. The dedication with Mr. Elway was held November 11, 2005.
